Rich retired from the Army with 26 years combined service; this includes the Army, Army National Guard, Navy, and a tour of duty with the 1st Marine Division. He is 100% service disabled.

In the Army, Rich was an intelligence Warrant Officer. He developed his love for drones while he managed them in Iraq... he found that he had a knack for their utilization, regardless of their size.

Rich is also the President of the Aquaponics Institute of Technology, where he is forming a non-profit university to train and certify persons in newly created job fields of renewable and sustainable food resources and green energy. The university will also provide training to food poor countries on how to grow their own renewable and sustainable resources while also acting as a research center and charitable organization. A substantial undertaking. Visit the schools website at https://aquaponics.education

Rich resides in Lacey with his beautiful wife, Sheri, and their three cats.
