Ben and his wife are absolutely fantastic. The quote was exactly what we ended up paying, despite some unexpected issues with the repair. Ben was on time, professional and extremely skilled and knowledgeable and experienced. Even our dogs loved him! He is our go-to for all appliance repairs in Puyallup.

Very friendly and professional business. My refrigerator was not working. I left a message for Ben and Elizabeth on Yelp. Elizabeth responded within minutes, provided me preliminary instructions and walked me through some of the possible reasons the refrigerator may have been malfunctioning. She continued to communicate with me telephonically and via text as I attempted to diagnose the issue. My issue was ultimately resolved without requiring any in-person assistance, nor any charge for Elizabeth's time. One cannot expect every issue to be resolved as seamlessly as mine was, but this is the kind of business that I would willingly patronize again and again.

Didn't know what was wrong but oven wasn't getting up to temperature. Elizbeth was able to diagnose over the phone and Ben came the next day. I explained to Ben the importance of finding great service and that is exactly what they provide. Will definitely be recommending whenever I get the chance. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days but Ben's provides the best.

Our antediluvian shop refrigerator/freezer stopped refrigerating and freezing. I asked for help via Yelp. Of the three repair services Yelp listed, only Ben and Elizabeth were interested in the job.

Elizabeth was the communicator. She asked intelligent questions, explained the service fee, cautioned me that some parts for this model were unavailable. We set a date and time.

Both Ben and Elizabeth showed up that morning. Fortunately for us, the problem was one Ben could and did fix (faulty relay). Both are pleasant and communicative, and the process took less than one hour.

I cannot speak as to their abilities with other appliances, but for our problem,highest recommendations.

I just got off the phone with Elizabeth and she was super helpful. She explained to me the problem with our dishwasher and researched it only to find out that it was too expensive to worry about fixing and just recommended getting a new one. Great customer service, I appreciate the help.

Ben came out to repair my oven and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, completed the job quickly, and charged a fair price. I'll definitely call him if I need any other appliances repaired.

Ben came to see if my washer was repairable, promptly as usual. Here for over half an hour to determine that the machine was beyond help and that we would have to replace it. He said there would be NO CHARGE since we were going to have to spend a lot to get a new one.
Besides doing excellent repair work at reasonable price, he is probably the most ethical man that I have had the pleasure to know.
